Payment of Deposit

When you are checking in within the next 30 days of the booking date, then a valid credit card will be required to guarantee 2 nights room rental. When the check in date is further then 30 days from the date of booking, then a check or money order must be mailed for the equivalent of the first two nights rent to confirm the room.

Deposits and Cancellations

 Two nights rental required to confirm each reservation.

Deposit is applied to the last day(s) of your reservation.

Deposit is refundable if we are notified at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, subject to 25% service charge.

Full deposit may be applied to a later date during the current season, depending on availability, if vacation is modified at least 2 weeks prior to the check-in date.

Deposit may not be applied to next season and is not transferable.

·       No refunds for early check-outs or no-shows.

 

Payment of Balance

Upon arrival the full invoice must be paid in cash for the discount to apply. As an alternative some guests choose to prepay the full amount prior to check in. If you choose do to this then please mail the balance 30 days prior to your check in date. Please reference you reservation number on the check.

 

Reservations Terms

Can not be applied to 3rd party reservations, package rates and group reservations. Other restrictions may apply.

 These rates are already discounted for advanced reservations, AAA, Senior Citizens, and other discount programs.

 Add $10.00 per night to determine Regular Rate.

Reservations are held for one week awaiting your deposit by check.

Personal checks are accepted only for advanced reservations deposits.

Reservations with a check-in date that is less than 30 days from the date of booking can be guaranteed by credit card and is non-refundable.

Reservations held until 6 PM on arrival date unless otherwise notified.

Check-In time is AFTER 3 PM / Check-Out time is BEFORE 11 AM.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Pets are NOT permitted.

Swimming pool is open from 9 AM to 7 PM.

 All children under 16 years must be supervised and accompanied by a parent at all times in the pool area.

Bikes are not permitted in the rooms. Bike racks are provided outside, and locks are strongly recommended.

Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and hover boards are not permitted for use on the property.

No Radios or Speakers are permitted, personal head phones only.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM daily.

The property and its facility are for registered guests only, no visitors permitted.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind or damages to your automobile.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Ample free street parking is available nearby
