Rates Apply to Advance Reservations Only.  Rates for weekends, conventions and one night stays may be slightly higher.  Rates do not include tax.

Deposit of one night is required to confirm reservations.  Deposit monies are applied to last nights stay.  Confirmed reservations held until 6:00 p.m.  Balance due upon arrival. - Please no personal checks upon arrival.  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Deposit is refundable if notified 2 weeks in advance of arrival date LESS 25% Service Charge - Less than 2 Weeks Notice of Cancellation will result in Loss of Deposit.  No refunds for cancellation of length of stay.  Deposits are Non Refundable or Transferable.  One parking space per unit.
